Members must have respect for other members and kindness and kindness only must be shown to all members and leaders
Religious and political views on the board or in RAOK E-mails and newsletters are frowned upon and deleted.
Money marketing schemes are also frowned upon and deleted.
Asking for votes is frowned upon and deleted.
Asking for money or donations will be deleted or edited. This means registered charities as well.
No rude or crude jokes are allowed in e-mails, message boards or the newsletters.
No hatred, discrimination, prejudice of any kind for people, religions, politics, places, pets is allowed.
No gossip or negativity about other members or groups.
If it happens in another group, it should not be brought to RAOK and RAOK will not deal with it.
Hate mail or bashing members or leaders is not tolerated.
Do not use any e-mails of RAOK leaders or members in your personal address book unless they okay it.
If you are removed from RAOK you are not welcome back.
If you resign from RAOK, you are not welcome back.
No one is left out on purpose
You are responsible for your membership status.
All submissions may take up to 2 weeks
Every member is important.
Always check your bulk mail folders for e-mails from RAOK because we sometimes end up getting lost in there.
Message Board Rules
Have fun and post as much as you want.
Please be kind and do not bring negativity to the board because it causes a ripple effect
The board is family safe and younger people can read what we have to say so please choose your words wisely.
Any member can post on the board and no one is banned.
All rude posts will be deleted.
Any mean spirited post will also be deleted.
You will not be notified if your post is removed.
If after 3 times, you are edited, or posts are removed, you will be banned, no questions asked.
If you need help, ask!
If you don't know anyone, introduce yourself and comment to others.
RAOK is not just a message board. To be a member you don't have to post.
The board is not a popularity contest either.
You may not apply to be a board monitor. You must be chosen.
